Metamfetamin Bağımlısı Bir Olgunun Yedam Modeli İle Tedavisi ve Takibi

Özet: Bu olgu metamfetamin kullanım bozukluğu olan bir ergene YEDAM modeli kapsamında uygulanan tedavi ve takip görüşmelerini içermektedir. Y.A. ve ailesiyle haftada bir kez olmak üzere toplam 20 görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Olgunun tedavi süreci değişim, dönüşüm ve gelişim olarak üç aşamada sürdürülürken aile ile ebeveynlik tutum ve becerileri geliştirme, aile içi iletişimi güçlendirme çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Y.A. temiz kalmayı sürdürüyor, görüşmelere başlanmasından 3 ay sonra yarı zamanlı bir işte çalışmaya başladı, açık öğretim kaydı yaptırdı ve öğrenimine devam ediyor, madde kullanmayan arkadaşlar edindi ve yaşama katılımı arttı. Ailesiyle yaşadığı sorunlar azaldı. 6. ayın sonunda Y.A.’nın hayatındaki yeni dengelerle görüşme süreci devam etmektedir.

Treatment And Follow-Up Of A Methamphetamine Addicted Case With Yedam Model

Abstract: This phenomenon includes treatment and follow-up interviews with an adolescent with methamphetamine using disorder within the scope of YEDAM model. In total, 20 interwiews were conducted with Y.A. and her family once a week. While the phenomenon of the treatment process of the case was carried out in three stages as change, transformation and development, parenting attitudes and skills development, strengthening family communication studies were conducted with the family. Y.A. remains clean. Three months after the start of the interviews, she started working part-time. Y.A. enrolled in open education and is continuing her education. Y.A. made friends who do not use narcotics. Her participation in life increased and problems with his family decreased. In the end of the 6th month, the negotiation process has continued with the new balances in Y.A.’s life.
